We want you to love your Brown Fox Artistry sign! Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Non-Personalized Items
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Personalized & Custom Items
Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error on your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at nickfaux@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom orders. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
How to Start a Return
