Processing Time
Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:
- Standard items: 3–5 business days
- Personalized & custom items: 5–7 business days
- Large or complex custom orders: 7–10 business days
Processing time does not include transit time. We’ll notify you by email when your order ships.
Shipping Carrier & Rates
All orders ship via USPS Ground within the United States.
- Standard shipping: $9.99 flat rate
- Free shipping on all orders over $75
Estimated Delivery
After your order ships, USPS Ground typically delivers within 2–8 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship to US addresses only. If you are an international customer, please contact us before ordering to discuss options.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in USPS’s possession, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
