from Brown Fox Artistry. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them

About our products
Every sign is handmade and hand-painted to order on pine wood. Because each
piece is made by hand, small variations in grain, paint texture and finish are
normal and are part of the character of the work rather than defects. Product
photographs are representative; colours may appear differently on different
screens.
Custom and personalised orders
Many of our signs can be customised with your own text, colours or dimensions.
Personalised items are made specifically for you, so please check spelling,
dates and names carefully before ordering. We will produce personalised text
exactly as it is supplied to us.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order
is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order if an
item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we
are unable to fulfil the request. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you
will be refunded in full.
Turnaround and delivery
Signs are typically made within one to two weeks before shipping, and
turnaround is stated on each product page. Delivery timescales quoted at
checkout are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss
passes to you on delivery. Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal. We do not store your card
details.
Returns
Returns are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Personalised and
custom-made items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged or do
not match the order, since they cannot be resold.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to Brown Fox
Artistry and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written
permission. Buying a sign gives you the physical item, not rights in the design.
Limitation of liability
Our signs are decorative wall art intended for indoor use unless stated
otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim
relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these
terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at
the time of your order is the version that applies.
